Effective 12 July 2026
Cancel clearly. Ask for help easily.
This policy applies to paid plans bought directly from Layna. It explains the difference between stopping a renewal and asking for money back.
Monthly plans
You can stop a monthly plan from the billing controls in your account. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless a refund or legal right requires access to end sooner, Premium remains available until the end of the period already paid for.
Deleting the app, leaving the website or not using a plan does not cancel monthly billing. Use the billing control or contact us so the cancellation reaches Stripe.
One-off plans
A one-off purchase does not renew and has no subscription to cancel. Access continues under the offer shown at checkout and the Pass Promise where it is included.
Cooling-off rights
UK rules can give consumers 14 days to cancel some online purchases. For digital content or services supplied straight away, that right can change only where the law allows and the required express consent and acknowledgement have been collected. Layna will not treat a statutory cancellation right as waived unless those requirements have been met.
When something is wrong
If paid features are faulty, unavailable for an unreasonable period, not as described or not provided with reasonable care and skill, contact us. We will investigate and provide the repair, repeat performance, price reduction or refund required by UK consumer law. Your statutory rights are not limited by this policy.
How to request a refund
Email hello@layna.app from the address linked to your account. Include the plan, purchase date, receipt or transaction reference and a short explanation. Never send your password or full card number.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank or card provider controls how quickly the money appears after Stripe processes it.
The Pass Promise is separate
A Pass Promise claim continues eligible Premium access for another attempt. It is not a cash refund and does not replace any cancellation or consumer right you have.
