The Pass Promise is extra support, not a guarantee of a test result. These terms explain exactly when it applies and what you receive.

When the promise is included

The Pass Promise applies only when the one-off offer at checkout or your Layna receipt says it is included. Monthly plans are not included unless their checkout says otherwise.

To qualify

  1. 1. Buy the eligible plan directly from Layna using the account the plan is for.
  2. 2. Add the relevant test date to your Layna plan before the test.
  3. 3. Complete the activities marked as required in that dated plan before you sit the test.
  4. 4. Sit the test and receive an unsuccessful result. A missed, cancelled or rescheduled test is not a failed attempt.
  5. 5. Contact Layna within 30 days of the result using the email address on your account.

What you receive

Once the claim is accepted, Premium access stays active or is restored through your next booked attempt at no extra charge. The benefit is attached to the same Layna account, is for personal use and has no cash alternative.

How to claim

Email hello@layna.app with your account email, test date and evidence of the result. A result email or result sheet is suitable; you may cover information that is not needed to confirm the date and outcome. Never send your driving-licence number, password or full payment-card details.

Fair-use limits

Layna may refuse a claim where the eligibility steps were not met, the evidence has been altered, the account was shared or the purchase was refunded. If we need more information, we will explain what is missing. If you think a decision is wrong, reply with the relevant detail and the claim will be checked again.

Your legal rights remain

The Pass Promise is an additional contractual benefit. It does not replace your rights if a digital service is faulty or not as described. See refunds and cancellations for the separate policy.
